  • Minute taking, typing and preparation of necessary meeting documentation
  • Scheduling and arranging of staff meetings
  • All travel arrangements for the CEO, flights, transfers, accommodation ect
  • Diary Management and scheduling of meetings and appointments accordingly
  • Preparing and organizing internal and external meetings
  • Attend to any catering/beverage requirements for meetings/ lunches.
  • Once a week office visit or as required.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive documentation.

  • Secretarial support; Organizing and preparation of meetings; Year-end functions; Conferences
  • Handling communications on behalf of the Directors including daily maintenance of digital diary, 
  • Scanning of documents as required
  • Liaising with members of senior management & executive team
  • Answering calls – diverting your telephone system to my telephone system
  • Draft emails and letters on behalf of the CEO, as and when required
  • Keeping track of all CEO credit card expenditure & submissions thereof
